if I could give it a -10 rating I would. This company is beyond of a joke. They treat their customers like dirt. Over the 3 x years of my tenancy they ignored reported maintenance issues multiple times, made up stories, disregarded complaints, indirectly caused a damage to my property, lied and denied any wrongdoing. Not wanting to deal with the agency any longer I sat down and wrote a complaint to the landlord - which took me 2.5hrs to write ( after multiple floodings from a blocked shower ) and the lanlord just passed it onto the agency, which shows a complete and utter disrespect to a paying customer ( btw in their reply the agency said they 'disagree' (!)). It started before I even moved in - nobody passed on the keys to me for 4 x days until I called them, and they never told me the garden in the property was shared ( but told me I would 'have to maintain the lawn' ). Let that sink in. This company is an absolute height of arrogance ( btw I always paid rent in advance, was not late a single time )

Excellent work selling our house by CKB. We turned to them after over a year trying to sell, using three other agents. They were professional and courteous and pitched the sale very well. Fairly soon we got two offers, one of which was above the middle of the guide price, a pleasant surprise. Roy and Mandi.

Would be zero if it was possible. Arranged to view a flat at 2pm today. Rang the office thrice at 2.05 as nobody there….told that they had double booked and blamed someone else other than jade! I only booked it at 11am today…which show the incompetence of the agency

CKB have been my agency for over 10 years They have always picked good tenants for my rentals and this in turn ensures the rentals run smoothly. Checks, references and rent reviews are always good and that give me peace without the stress

I encourage everyone to do their research before engaging with this company. The owner’s previous companies: ASLAN HOMES LTD was dissolved via compulsory strike-off on 08/2/2022 and ISLAND HERITAGE LTD was dissolved via compulsory strike-off on 16/7/2019. Note when doing your research, CKB Estate Agents is not a registered company with Companies House. BICER & KEMAL LTD or HEISEL PROPERTY LTD are 2 of the businesses that are registered under the owner’s name, both operating for buying, selling and letting of own or leased real estate. My experience with them: CKB estate agents accepted our application for tenancy and had us pay a holding deposit on 4/8/2023. After over a month of continuously assuring us we would be able to move in, Kemal Bicer informed me 5 days before the move in date on 11/9/2023, that I did not pass referencing due to inadequate information and that I needed to pay 6 months of rent up front to move in. Obviously that was not financially possible and we were left with nowhere to live, to top it off Kemal then refused to refund our holding deposit which is completely illegal. I don’t know how Kemal can sleep at night, for the sake of illegally pocketing £450 and having just put 2 girls in a situation of homelessness. He is completely aware that it is unlawful to withhold a holding deposit due to “a failed reference check” and he refuses to refund the money, despite himself and his staff continuously providing false and misleading information and making us wait through so many avoidable delays. It is no surprise that the government has previously shut down 2 of his prior businesses.

We transferred to CKB after our house sale fell through with a different estate agents 5 months after the offer was accepted. Within 4 months from advertising it was completed and sold Cengiz, Andy, Sharn and Sophie dealt with us along the way, they were all extremely helpful and kept us informed along the way. They made the situation as stress free as possible which I greatly appreciate.
