This is a reply to Vicky @ city plumbing. Thank you for your reply to my review. You say you have spoken to the store and you understand that the issues have been resolved. You haven't spoken with me and as it goes it hasn't fully been resolved, I am still waiting for Ashley to comeback to me regarding the scratch on the chrome shower enclosure panel. I was told that he would come back to me but nobody has been in touch.

Placed the order online. Collection at the store was straightforward with no issues.

The man we saw explained everything in some detail.

Easy to order online. Called the shop twice and both times I found them very friendly and helpful. Collecting the part, again very polite and helpful. What more can one ask!

Quite good service, excellent prices. Took a little bit longer for my stuff to arrive in store than the website suggested but ordered over the Christmas period so I'll 'Let Them Off'. Didn't get the text they said they'd send when my items were ready for collection but I'd been watching my online account closely. When the order status changed from 'being processed' to 'not yet collected' I took a chance, visited the store and yes my items were ready. Guys behind the counter seemed agreeable and talkative. All in all, a good experience. Would use again! Edit** Turns out that you had texted me, think I must have archived the message instead of opening it.

Ordered an item in stock only to be told it was out of stock. Still waiting for a refund 7 days later.

Extremely helpful; cheerful staff went above & beyond the minimum. Gave me manufacturers phone number which enabled advice of parts needed. Found & reserved those parts and emailed quotation for them

Bought some light fittings on Black Friday, advertised just over a week to collect from my local store, but need to await a text . No text received by expected due date, I sent an email to the local branch but no response. After attending the local store, I was told that they never stocked my item and I should not have been able to buy it- absolutely ridiculous. Now waiting for a refund.

Simple to order. Picked up next day no hassle. That’s how it should be.

Unfortunately the transaction wasn’t as good as it should have been. The website didn’t not indicate that same day click and collect wasn’t available when I placed my order. The store opening times were incorrect on both the website and the text message I received to indicate that the item was ready to be collected, and failed to provide the information that the store was closing at 12 noon.

Part was in stock and good price
