I ordered 3 items, only 1 arrived at the branch. No email or info to advise of the problem. Your systems shouldn't allow me to order items that you don't have in stock.

I ordered a product and called the Blackpool Branch to check if it had arrived. I spoke with Anthony who could not have been more helpful! He went above and beyond and his customer service on the phone was absolutely excellent. So much so, I had to take the time to write this review.

Ordered product came into stock in a few days. Excellent communication and helpful team. Highly recommend.

Thanks to two helpful staff members at the Bournemouth and Chelmsford branches. I was after a difficult to find Multikwik pan connector and some were shown in stock at Bournemouth. I phoned to check, and the very helpful chap I spoke to said that the MultiKwik part was not available but I should try a Polypipe one that could be adjusted to fit. I went into the Chemsford branch, and the young man there showed me how to cut it to fit and replace the baffles. It was simple to do and works great. So thank you to the two gentlemen concerned who took the trouble to help and guide me.

The website and specifically sparesfinder used to be fast, reliable, stable and reasonably comprehensive. Since update it’s slow, prone to crashes and much harder to find parts. Staff on the helpline are great and quick to resolve issues but I wish I didn’t have to call them because of poor website performance.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size radiator, customer services were so helpful, arranged to collect the incorrect within a few days, money refunded. Correct radiator delivered within a week or so.

They have a website that is easy to navigate, and once ordered my goods were available the next day. The staff were polite and helpful even when i returned damaged goods for replacement.

Fast serving and good price

Delivered wrong shower tray as part of shower room replacement. So I ddn't accept delivery of wrong item. Salesman Tony was no help, couldn't supply what was sold so have had to go elsewhere. Poor service, time wasters, don't recommend at all!

Only place to have parts in stock, easy pick up- problem solved!
