Staff and reception very friendly. Consultant gave me different information as said heart was fine but told employer I was unable to work alone, this was not relayed to me at any time and was told heart was fine. I now no longer have this position as has been withdrawn. The consultant should have told me if he had concerns and I now do not know if I need to be concerned and contact my GP in case something is wrong.

The physiotherapist I was assigned to was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She diagnosed my back problem very quickly and explained the underlying anatomy to me clearly using a physical model of a spine. She then reassured me that the problem could be managed long-term and provided me with a tailored course of exercises designed to alleviate the problem. I learnt more from my appointment at the Winterbourne Hospital than I have over the last four decades in dozens of previous consultations with NHS and military doctors and physiotherapists. Getting an appointment was quick and easy, and although I had to pay, it was worth it because of the excellent treatment I received.

Attended Southend Private Hospital for cataract procedures the staff made me feel at ease straightaway and were kind and helpful recognising my initial anxieties. I cannot thank them enough. I have nothing but praise for Mr Alex Baneke eye surgeon for his kindness and skill

From Reception to appointment, excellent.

Went into the Chaucer hospital on the 14th July 2026 for a full hip replacement. Had never been there before, I found it to have a very calming and friendly atmosphere, staff members were all very kind, helpful and extremely professional. The cleanliness of the hospital was second to none and the food most tasty 😋. My operation went really well and I went home the next day. I do not work at this hospital, my review is true 💯 I have given them a 5star rating as in my opinion it is well deserved. Thank you. L Jonnson.

I was seen very quickly after my consultation appointment. The staff at the Albyn Hospital are very supportive, kind and very good at their jobs. I would recommend this hospital for anyone who’s looking for a first class service and experienced medical professional team.

Dr Dana Parr, private GP, has provided an outstanding standard of health care for my wife, adult daughter and I since June 2024 with regular monthly consultations and referrals to specialist consultants as necessary. More generally, the staff and facilities at the Bath Clinic are all of a very high order.

Easy to make the appointment. Appointment date came through very quickly as did the results of the scan. All Staff were very attentive.

Amazing service. Consultant was professional throughout and was informed prior to the appointment and listened and responded.

Easiness of booking an appt. Only waited 3 weeks. Consultant very pleasant and put me at ease. Saw on Wednesday and had MRI on the Saturday (yesterday) MRI radiographer(Penny) was excellent as was her assistant. Very pleasant. Felt very comfortable with them and reassured. The service from booking appt with consultant to my MRI yesterday was excellent and I have nothing but praise for the staff I came in contact with. All very pleasant and nothing too much trouble.

Long waiting to see the doctor The doctor was fast and didn't do examination or tests . And he discharged me from the service. I don't know why? . Iam really exhausted. That's was first time see that doctor or this clinic.

Overall a very positive experience. Easy to book, short time to appointment, very experienced consultant who took the time to clearly understand my issues , and set out a clear and understandable action plan.
