I would thoroughly recommend. I had an appointment with Dr Varghese and he carried out the procedure a few days later. His receptionist helped me repeatedly when dealing with difficulty with the insurance company. She was kind and patient with me. Dr Varghese explained everything to me and helped me feel better during the procedure. His nurses were so calming and personal, they made the whole experience much easier.

Excellent patient care from start to finish, more like a hotel than a hospital.

Helpful, responsive staff. Fast access to X ray and MRI services.

Brilliant from start to finish

The consultant treated me negatively. Told me a steroid injection in my knee won't work. I told him the last one I had lasted 6 months. He also said that a knee replacement op would not work very well. He did not have full details of my orthopaedic background.

I have had the very best care under Ms Fiona Tsang-Wright, Breast Cancer Consultant and Surgeon, and Valerie Walker, Specialist Breast Cancer Nurse at The Chiltern Hospital, Great Missenden. From diagnosis in May to post operation now, they have been beyond amazing in terms of expertise, professionalism, advice and care and have made my experience of dealing with cancer positive and manageable and have been very reassuring at every step. They are the reason I have been able to keep mentally and physically well at a time that is massively overwhelming and something no one can mentally prepare for. I feel so lucky I had them both on this journey, as they are the best of the best. I have friends who have had breast cancer treatment at other hospitals etc and it is clear that the care and medical treatment I received from Ms Tsang-Wright and Valerie Walker is worlds apart from what they experienced. I have visited the Chiltern Hospital weekly (sometimes more than once a week) for about 10 weeks and have always been met with friendly helpful staff. The radiography team were also fantastic in my original screening/ scanning and biopsies. For anyone worried about any lumps or bumps they find in their breasts don’t delay and get an appointment to see Ms Fiona Tsang-Wright. Hopefully it will be nothing serious, but you will be in the very best hands with her and if it has to go down a surgery route, she is an incredible surgeon and her reconstruction skills are unbelievable. I can’t recommend Ms Tsang-Wright and Valerie Walker more highly.

Saw my Consultant promptly. Was able to get an x-ray the same day and return to get the results from my Consultant.

The staff & service was excellent.

Told to attend an hour early for appointment, department was closed on arrival. Told to fast prior to appointment, Told on arrival this was not required. Overall poor experience.

Seen within seven days of booking appointment , the actual appointment was only a few minutes late . The consultant was excellent, and very informative. Very satisfied with outcome

From start to finish of my initial appointment the process was quick, seamless, reassuring. The booking system was quick and clear. Correspondence excellent. I felt welcome, listened too, staff / professional were thorough, took time to understand my issues and I came out of appointment knowing I was being cared for.
