Great product very easy to use for DIY stone chip repair

Great match and easy to apply

I’m certainly impressed by the colour match but the finished result isn’t so impressive. This is due to the fact that the repaired area sits above the level,of the original paint.

Ordered the item, waited a week for confirmation of despatch, chased it, was told it had been despatched and must have got lost (though I was never told it was despatched, as their site said I would be!). Asked for a refund. Which to be fair, I received promptly.

The color sent was not a match for my car even though I put my VIN number in and verified the color before ordering. Didn't know until I had set aside the weekend to claybar, polish, and touch up the paint that it is not a match. Very disappointed that I wasted so much time and money. Thankfully, I've been able to remove most of the Chipex from my car.

Brilliant delivery easy to use great product

Waste of 40 pounds, just get a genuine touch up and tooth picks. The blending solution and polish are useless. Would return if I could, but the usual crap if used can't return.

The paint will not stay in the scratch.

Bought my dream car , had a couple of stone chips . Was reluctant with any chip fix as it was not from trusted Audi. Couldn’t get one from Audi themselves to my surprise, so I took the plunge. Best thing I’ve done . If it’s only for chips then this is the product . Could not fault it , colour match was spot on . Easy to use .massively recommend. Awesome 🙌

This is the second car I have bought chipex for and once again the colour was bang on! The kits are so easy to use and it takes no time.

The bmw b45 colour doesn’t match at all. I have separated it in smaller pots mixed it many different ways. It’s not the same. Good idea, not a bad kit what comes. Just paint doesn’t match at all.

Read all the reviews. Watched all the videos and decided to take the plunge. No matter what we did the scratch didn’t look any better. It’s just a surface scratch. I emailed in as they claim to be bothered about 100% customer satisfaction. Got a reply asking me for some photos of the scratches and then they would reply with some tips of how to get it working. So I sent the photos only to be told that aerosol would be better on it. I replied so the paint kit is just a complete waste of £40 then. It’s just an upsell. They’re not interested in refunding or helping you get it correct.
