Ordered the Chipex Repair Kit Pro 2 days ago to repair a scratch on the back of the wife’s car. Delivered today. The colour match is perfect. Instructions are really clear to follow. Took 3 attempts to get it sorted, due to not leaving it long enough to dry. In the end it took a good 2.5 hours and it’s sorted. (Think it was too hot). You have to look very hard to spot the scratch now ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.

Haven’t received order

After placing my order Chipex telephoned to say that delivery would be delayed by a couple of days,would that be OK ?. It was , and the delivery duly arrived after a slight delay. Excellent customer service .

Helpful phone support - quality product - does what’s promised! I’m on my 4th or 5th car now and wouldn’t get touch-ups anywhere else.

My car had been deliberately scratched after leaving it parked outside a friend’s house, and it was the driver’s door, which meant I saw it every single time I drove it. Infuriating. I’d had quotes in the region of £500 to repair it, but I’d worked in the automotive trade for many a year, so suspected that it was subject to a ‘Mercedes Tax’ … it wasn’t a deep scratch. I’d seen Chipex advertised on an online site, and have to say I was *very* skeptical, but thought I’d give it a go. It took me three attempts, slowly just working it in and cleaning it off, I suspect one more try will make it perfect, but right now, I can only see the mark at very certain angles, when I’m really looking for it close-up. It’s a great product, I’m very impressed, would totally recommend it.

Really is overhyped rubbish

I was recommended by a neighbour. The order was simple, you just need the make of the car and the car paint number. The kit arrived in short order time and it contained all the equipment required for what looks like easy application; full instructions are included with pictures.

They had a problem with finding the colour match, but went to every avenue to find it, and did! Perfect match ! Great company

I phoned Chipewyan for advice prior to purchase. The lady on the phone was most helpful and listened to my questions. Although I have yet to use the paint, I am impressed with the kit provided. Overall, I feel Chipewyan to offer a good , value for money product. Very pleased thus far Chip

After a person driving their pony and trap on the pavement collided with our car, I was faced with finding someone to repair our damaged paintwork. Until then, I was unaware of the challenges posed by pearlescent paintwork. Local body-shops were uninterested in the job but the Chipex product and online help produced a good result, far better than I anticipated. Many thanks to Chipex!

Delivery date was good, however parcel was delivered elsewhere with no delivery note posted, so package was not received. Emailed chipex directly, 3 days later still no response to resolve this issue.

Amazing delivery as usual. Needed some new paint just in case for my new car. This is the third pack I have bought and no complaints. Perfect in every way.

Chipex is ok but don’t expect too much from it, I had a few scratches ( not too deep) and even after 3 applications it hasn’t mage much of a difference despite following the instructions to the letter. Yes they are now coloured a bit better than before but still very noticeable
