Quick delivery and good communication

Purchased a gas cooker regulator kit and when I got home realized it was damaged when going to fit it. Explained that it was a 2 hour drive for me to return the item for an exchange but they are not interested and will not help. Absolutely awful customer service, please check your items are for for use when you buy them as you won't be able to get any help should you not live close.

Very quick and efficient sale and delivery

I have just purchased a post box with a Welsh Dragon embossed on it, from Charlie’s ebay store total cost was £50.99, delivered. I then checked the Charlie’s web site it’s £39.99, or £43.98, delivered. What I want to know is why is there a £7.00 discrepancy. I often shop at Charlie’s in Queensferry Deeside, and online but in future will think twice and certainly check other sites before I send them any money.

We were impressed with the advice and direction we received, and with both quality and price. Our only slight disappointment was that we had hoped the goods once bought could be held by you for four weeks, but were told that two was the maximum (we were having work done which we would like to have seen completed before delivery). The items were in fact delivered while we were away, but as the weather was dry and we were back the next day, no harm was done.

An excellent store that sells a variety of goods. We recently purchased a Rattan Corner Patio sofa and table set from their garden furniture section and are really pleased with it and the excellent service from staff while choosing it. We enjoy regular visits to Charlie’s when in Welshpool and are never disappointed
