Speed of delivery and quality of product

Water butt purchase
Item good value for money compared with other sites. Arrived promptly and as notified. Would order again, just a shame you can’t order more than one water butt but understand that would add a higher delivery tariff.

The service of Charlie’s was good
The service of Charlie’s was good. Unfortunately the company they use ArrowXL failed to deliver for 4 days and were rude and unhelpful, their system for locating my garden furniture failed miserably. When I rang Charlie’s about this issue, my furniture was delivered in house the same day.
