Potential scam concerns
I first contacted CEL Solicitors about a financial scam of which I believed I was a victim. I was swiftly contacted by a customer representative who took details of the concerns I had relating to the current and an earlier unresolved issue. He efficiently and empathetically understood my concerns and the questions he had to ask were conversational rather than interrogative. I had two further conversations with him both at times i suggested I would be available. He explained fees and has passed the case to an investigator. At no time did I feel under pressure or doubtful about the efficiency of CEL Solicitors.
