Excellent service
We are so grateful for the advice and help given by CEL to try and retrieve money lost through an investment scam. After seeing a TV ad we contacted CEL and they agreed to take on the case though we didn’t have much hope of a good outcome! Our case was handled by Kai Fessey from start to finish and what excellent service. He guided us through the procedure and made sure we felt happy about proceeding and helped us put together the relevant info needed by the Financial Ombudsman, because we are not very savvy about retrieving and compiling data on our laptop.! Kai kept in regular contact as the case went on and was happy to answer any queries we had. We were delighted when Kai informed us, after some months of correspondence between the relevant parties, that a settlement was offered to us and we were very happy to accept it. If it hadn’t been for us seeing the TV ad and Kai’s help we would certainly not have believed we could recoup any of our funds. So many thanks Kai and CEL!
