Phoned the Dundrum store and asked Jordan about cruise holidays. She asked what I was looking for and travel dates and said she would email be back options. Within 10 mins was back to me with exactly what I asked for so I booked it over the phone. Excellent service and very polite well done Jordan.

A Positive Booking Experience
Michelle in Blanchardstown looked at a number of options for us as we had a small window date-wise when we could travel. After a lot of work she found an option that worked and was courteous, professional and efficient from the start.

Pleasant woman that dealt with me…
Pleasant woman that dealt with me iniatally. However I never got the email to confirm details .I had to request same. On the last day of the holiday the shuttle bus transfer to the airport to collect us did not turn at the Hotel.We waited 30 minuets but had to order a taxi We returned on the 8 th of March
