Phoned the Dundrum store and asked Jordan about cruise holidays. She asked what I was looking for and travel dates and said she would email be back options. Within 10 mins was back to me with exactly what I asked for so I booked it over the phone. Excellent service and very polite well done Jordan.

This is the second time I have used Cassidy Travel to book a cruise and Anna was most helpful in finding the perfect trip for my group of friends. She was able to price match ( and slightly better) a quote I received elsewhere. I would highly recommend them for service and value for money.

The hotel didn't meet my expectations compared to the amount i paid. Very low standard hotel, also any little rain power would goes off, i was very disappointed with Cassidy travel.
