My ball joint needed replacing. The dealer called Car Shield. I paid my deductible. And Car Shield paid the rest. Saved $400.
This is the third time for the same part to be replaced. My radiator fan has gone bad three times now, they keep sending inferior parts. I finally had to pay extra out-of-pocket to have a General motors. Item put into my chevrolet! This is not good on all sides. It is bad for me as I have to keep going back, and it is bad for them as they have to keep paying for it!
After calling car shield 🛡 about a problem with my jeep grand Cherokee. I called to have a person to come to the shop where my car was, it seemed like the company wanted nothing to do with it. After 4 to 6 months I finally got my car back. It makes me worried if I have a nother problem it won't be taken care of in a timely manner. I stay with car shield so they can get their money back from me.

Again my claim was denied and I told you the car did have a complete engine fail with all the lights and warnings etc-good grief! I am sick of paying the money each month for cruddy service. I am quitting you and will let it be known what kind of outfit you are be assured!

I almost got scammed by a different so called warranty company. Told me I should dispute 3 months of payments with CarShield. They wanted me to pay them for 60-90 days before coverage would begin. Thank Goodness I called CarShield. I’ve had a few claims and was grateful for the coverage. Thank you CarShield

WE DROPPED OUR CAR OFF ON A WEDNESDAY AT THE DEALERSHIP. IT'S NOT CAR SHEILDS FAULT BUT THE DEALERSHIP DIDN'T GET OUR DIAGNOSIS TO CAR SHEILD UNTIL FRIDAY. SO WE WERE OUT 2 DAYS OF OUR RENTAL COVERAGE. WE ALSO HAD TO PAY FOR SOME OF THE LABOR SINCE CAR SHEILD SAID IT WAS TO MUCH MONEY.

I have been having an issue with getting updates on my claim. I’ve not been updated about what is going on with the claim. When I called I’ve been given poor attitudes from 1 person and the others don’t seem to know what is going on. I had to have a 3rd party inspector come out to inspect my vehicle. He came out 7 days later. As a result of this I’ve been in a rental for all of my allotted days and I had to call to get the days extended. The inspector came out on Tuesday 9/10. There still is not an update on the findings or if I’ve been approved or denied. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with your company. This is my first interaction! No one seems to be in any urgency. Now I have been getting calls from sales people trying to get me a lower rate for CarShield but no resolution of my claim.
