Carrier Rental Systems Reviews

We've had the pleasure of working with Carrier Rental Systems on a few projects now and we always receive a first class service. From the first phone call to the completion of the works Carrier are prompt, professional and deliver exactly what they promised. Dealing with Steve Dearsley the Regional Sales Manager makes arranging the remote hire, connection and monitoring of site generators very straight forward and he has saved me a 10 hour round trip more than once. If you're running a rental business, run it like this one! If you're wanting to hire a Generator, chiller or heat plant, look no further. Well done guys!

professional advice and fantastic customer service all round would recommend highly

Excellent advice and service

We've used Carrier Rental Systems for a number of years now and would be reluctant to go elsewhere. There's cheaper out there but when we have a time critical situation requiring professional technical back up we choose Carrier for peace of mind.

We had a chiller go down on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning we had received a rental chiller from carrier rental system and we was back in production ( fantastic job will recommend you again) David Edmunds - thank you

Fantastic company - would definitely recommend. Very accommodating to our unusual requests

Brian from Carrier Rental was very helpful to work with. He visited site and assisted us in scoping out our temporary needs; they delivered on time, and installed with a minimum of fuss. System worked as expected and they collected all the equipment when requested. Nice and easy.

We have used CRS for a few years now, on a yearly basis and nothing is ever a problem. Very speedy and efficient service and always willing to help.

Very good customer care, excellent knowledge of products

absolutely delighted with the service provided from carrier rental systems. really did go above and beyond to accommodate the special requirements we required to be able to send a temporary chiller offshore. Carried out an FAT test at the Leyland facility and was impressed with the test facility, set up and knowledge of the carrier engineer assigned to carry out the function tests. I have used carrier many times now and wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future.
