Fantastic. Was so easy to put together simple clear instructions went on perfectly. I had some pieces missing I found the email easily, I contacted them, they was really helpful and sent me the missing parts straight out. Thank you so much would highly recommend these guys!

Hadn't realised this was coming from Ireland being a .co.uk website, so took longer than expected as it had to clear customs. Amazingly everything was still in the box when it arrived, as the box itself was held together by the delivery driver's hands- all the staples were undone - not sure if this was by customs, poor handling in transit, or badly packaged at the source. I was pretty worried waiting for it to arrive after reading the reviews, and also a little unnerved by the email when it was dispatched with tracking number and the instructions to take photos of the packaging when it arrives if there's a problem - clearly mine wasn't the only one to arrive in a state and its a miracle the bag of of fixings was still there - think I was one of the lucky ones. The rack itself is brilliant, feels really sturdy and fits 4 bikes on it solidly.

If your reading this I hope you have seen the many terrible reviews before you order. Only half my delivery arrived (no roof bars) and despite emails to the company no resolution has been offered. Tried the phone number and its clearly been disconnected. Based on the tracking their based in Ireland so you cant exactly pop round to speak to somebody. Have this morning had email saying a new part has been sent. Lets hope it arrives.

Ordered a paddleboard. Price was really good. Board itself it perfect. Delivery took a little longer than expected but this is due to it being transported and passing through customs, etc. All good otherwise.

Item delivered on time, well made and really sturdy. I have managed to rack my E mountain bike with no problems. I would however advise that setting up the straps would have been abit easier with more information because this tool me sometime to figure out, could be me but the straps go from underneath the clips thus preventing them sliding. Make a QR code for a Demo video for this product that would be perfect. Rack used on i30 tourer hyundai.

Ordered a paddle ore, decent one for £30 (better than amazon ones) paid £5 for priority delivery. Ordered on June 16th delivered on 20th of June a day before my cornwall holiday.. as you can imagine I was over the moon it came on time for my holiday. I live in Suffolk, so a lengthy journey it had. Came wrapped in bubble wrap and bagged.

I ordered a tow bar bike rack. It was the best around for the price. The product is good. I didn't hear anything for a while so starting looking on trust pilot and started to panic "its a sham company". It wasnt - everything turned up and was delivered well. HOWEVER, too few comms with me early on led me into the panic - so Micks garage needs to take down the UK contact details and let customers go straight to Micks Garage in Ireland - and get two or three comms out to tell customers it on its way.

Found what I was looking for on their website easily, was a reasonable price. Ordered at the weekend and it arrived a few days later. I had emails confirming my order and delivery updates. Fitted it to my car without any issue and have used it so far to carry a large kayak on 3 trips and several lengths of timber twice and there doesn’t seem to be any problems with the quality of it. So overall a good experience for me.
