I love the quality of my new mats & boot liner, I received a great service !! I brought my car in for a fitting for the liner & I am astonished at how amazing their designer is!! I highly recommend this service & will be back for more products!
Don't know what to say, I ordered matts for 2 of my cars, never recieved confirmation email or tracking number or anything else. Today for surprised they delivered but only one of them. Poor customer service, to get answer probably I will need to sell my sole.Also!!! Provided car number plate, said it original, not at all. Don't fit right
Extremely poor quality I opted for the Executive set with heel pad for my Ford Focus. They appear to have been manufactured with minimal care the heel pad and outer margins appear to have been stitched by Stevie Wonder an absolute mess. The thickness and quality of the carpet pile and underside are equivalent to budget items certainly not the £61 price they command. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Payed £60+ for an advertised set of Elite bespoke car mats, for a Landrover Discovery 4, they claim that their car mats fit seamlessly, they do not, the front ones fit correctly but the rear ones have no eyelets fitted so they sit on top of the fasteners. The mats have a low grade plastic backing and the matting is very thin, and that is for the mid range set. I requested a refund but they have squirmed their way out of giving one. Look elsewhere for a set and double check the description of the items.
The service was outstanding. Ordered the mats on 4th February 2023, received on Thursday 9th February 2023. Mats are superb.
I ordered a set of mats for a Jaguar F Type 2018 model year. When they arrived the mats were of perfectly good quality but they did not fit the anchor points on the car. I contacted them by email and was ignored. I contacted them again and I was ignored again! I am now in the process of filing a small claims court action, its not the value its the utter ignorance of Premier Products Notts Ltd trading as Carmats_UK
I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews below, but it was too late - I had placed my order. However, nothing to worry about. The car mats arrived on time, as decribed, and fitted the car perfectly. I cannot fault the manufacture, service or delivery. Five stars - all day.
Wouldn’t even give 1 star Terrible product, shocking customer service. Absolutely not worth the money or hassle, complete disappointment. I ordered seat covers for my MG ZS in June 2022, the back seat cover is useless, there is not enough material so it is overstretched and doesn’t even cover the seat fully. The velcro comes undone which results in the bottom bit of the cover coming off the seat. They are not fit for purpose. I have contacted the company multiple times to tell them I’m not happy with the product as it isn’t doing its job, just to be ignored. Would not recommend at all, don’t waste your money, give somewhere else your custom.
The quality of the mats were great, everything i asked for but,,, they didnt include the hard velcro stickers only the soft ones which are no good without the hard velcro for them to stick to. would have been a 5 star review if that had'nt happened
Shocking service! Car mats and seat cover ordered but sent to incorrect postcode. Waited for ages and after further chasing via email and contact form ( with no replies ) rang them.They passed blame on courier company as if nothing to do with them! Waiting for my money back. What a waste of my time
ORDER REF: #114747 Incomplete order, terrible customer service. I tried to order car mats with an image printed on them as a humourous gift for a colleague. The website is poor, so was unable to select 'personalisation' to add an image. I resorted to emailing their support email to request the image be added. I received an email stating that I needed to call the office and make additional payment over the phone for this to be added. I tried calling during office hours - no answer. I then received a 'dispatch' email to notify me that the plain mats (with no image) have been sent. My colleague received a set of plain black car mats (that I could've bought from Halfords) with no image. After going back and forward by email with Kayleigh and Eleanor in Customer Service, apparently "the order went through quicker than usual" and was dispatched during the day. The company are not acknowledging the fact that it was an incomplete order, without the image that I asked for. There does not seem to be any recognition or apology that we have not got what we wanted, and somehow I am footing the bill for this. Almost £40 for a set of plain black car mats that no-one wanted.
STILL WAITING... Please do not use this company they are appalling. Placed an order on 23/11/22. Delivery between 3 - 5 days. Despite repeated emails and blaming the postal strike (they should have been dispatched prior to the strike) still no mats. Asked for a refund, still no communication. Wasted over £70 on a product that I am unlikely to receive.
Order some mats for my 71 plate Mazda after putting my reg in had them delivered yesterday tried them in my car and they don’t even fit I’m absolutely gutted and fuming waste of money don’t bother wouldn’t recommend at all. They say the are keeping you updated with the progress and they didn’t even do that
Poor website. Links weren't functioning so placed order on phone. Was asked if we wanted armdst cover & charged for armrest 'cover' but when the covers finally arrived this tuned out to be a hole in the cover to take the armrest - but no cover supplied. There was no email confirmation of order and the service was slow with no notification prior to delivery All for £83.98 - a premium price. Neither do they supply hradrest covers for rear seats. You'll get similar / better on ebay for half the price.
No confirmation of order, and no replies to e.mails but money taken from Credit card. Mats did finally arrive out of the blue at 8pm one evening - luckily I was home. Ok except I did pay extra for rubber heelpad which I did not get! However, this has now been rectified.
good communications, prompt delivery and a good fit, but i bought the 'super' range expecting to get a plush set of mats but they do not seem any better quality than a cheaper set from ebay. a bit disappointed for over £50
ordered mg gs seat covers from here. Cost £79 full set. Once ordered no response to say got my order by email. Made contact by phone to see they get it said reply sent i checked spam, junk files nothing.called again said they have my order. Called week later where is my car seat covers delivery company messed up and they would send them out. Told couple more days still didnt arrive. Called again said being sent out will have by next day sat or monday.wednesday came still nothing. Asked for refund and said if covers come in the mean time will send them back at there cost. Got my refund and company was full of crap never sent the seat covers. Stay away from this company. BE AWARE THE COMPANY IS ALSO CONNECTED WITH THREE OTHER COMPANYS AS USE SAME PHONE NUMBER. EVEN ON AMAZON. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
Customer service from this company is great. Responded to my queries promptly once I had received the item. A big thanks to Kayleigh for taking care of my purchase. Boot liner is looking great in my Audi A6. Many Thanks!
The website for ordering replacement car carpets is very unclear for some models. I ordered what I thought were the correct carpets but when they arrived they were not the correct ones. If you wish to return items they do not issue a returns label; you have to arrange and pay for postage back to them and to top it all you have to pay an admin/exchange fee of £6.60 or 25% of the value of the order. Make sure you double and triple check which carpets you are ordering.
