The tires arrived grey but I wanted black. It's easy to say in hindsight that the picture is grey, but when you only know of the tires as ever being made in black and when you are used to seeing faded images with poor contrast it appears to be just that, a low contrast image of a black tire. But that is not even the biggest problem. That would be the total price of the order, the shipping fee and the return policy. I went out on a limb to trust an unfamiliar website so I paid the $10 shipping on a $27 order. Never should have done it. Returning these over the color is going to be a $20 loss for me on a $27 dollar order. That would just be throwing good money after bad. I guess I'll call it a $37 lesson. I've paid more for other lessons so not too bad I guess. The lesson is: Just buy them from Amazon. Free shipping, very easy free returns and a lot better listings to avoid this issue in the first place. Thanks Care Medical for the lesson. Don't spend the $37 all in one place.

I researched a handful of companies for my wheelchair accessories and Care Medical Source was the best site that I found. Very easy navigating the site and great prices. Update: I received my order today and the item was perfect. It took a few days longer than I expected but I am really happy with my overall experience. Debi was really helpful, too.

Excellent cushion and service!

I ordered two wheelchair tires and two inner tubes for a friend. They came in about a week or so, I wasn't watching the days. The best thing was that he had called the local suppliers and couldn't find any that would fit, and Care Medical had exact replacements, as well as a variety of tires that would fit his wheelchair depending on the type of terrain he usually experiences. He is now trying to find someone, probably a local bike shop, to put them on his chair. Thank you, Don
