I am currently having issues with a current order that was placed a few days ago. For whatever reason it was showing up a few days ago and I received email confirmation but now it does not exist. Does not show it pending or even canceled it is like it never existed.

Unluckily, I got only one sanitizing wipe although I placed the order 2 and paid about 20 dollar of shipping which is the same shipping charges as order 2. However, the customer service was really good. She or he was really nice to take care of customer and explained why they couldnt charge shipping rate although my order qy has been changed. Some of company cancelled the order if they don't have inventory but this company contacted me and ask about my opinion before they change my order or cancelled because of inventory.
