No change can been seen. The product smells bad, like it’s slightly off. Very expensive for smelly stuff that doesn’t do anything. The smell leads you to wonder from what it’s made from.

Best skincare products in the world
Best skincare products in the world! They truly expedite wound healing and skin repair. My therapist said that my face looked amazing (despite many years of skin-picking disorder and related scars...). Will thankfully keep using these! Also the customer service replies very fast, honest and helpful. This company doesn't market itself excessively on social media, but simply relies on high-quality products.

Your shipping needs improvement
Your products are great, but you really need to fix your shipping methods, and notifications of when orders are shipped. My recent order was not shipped for 5 days and there is really no excuse for that, and I was sent no notification of when it did ship until I sent an email asking whether it had shipped and if so, when. I still don't have it. This is what keeps me from re-ordering regularly

Skin texture improvement
Still a bit too soon to review the long term impact BUT after incorporating this serum I noticed my skin was smoother and makeup sit better on my skin. I actually had that "double take moment" that some people refer to. I'm excited to see how this impacts my skin long term!

Excellent products and customer service.
I like everything I have ordered from this company(professional pigment solution, multi action and restorative hydration creams, and some other products). I feel like it is a high quality line of the skin care. I also appreciate the excellent customer service. They answer right away and resolve any issues, showing the responsibility and the respect to the customer.

The products are wonderful. I’d change your IG ads, however. I had a bad experience with someone attacking me on a thread for no reason. It made me desire to shop elsewhere.

Product not working yet, Customer service and website good
Customer service and website good but still waiting to see any results from the serum itself, diligently derma stamp and massage every 2nd day yet after 7 weeks no visible results or feeling of fullness or thickness…..will continue for the rest of the second pack on the full routine and not maintenance program and see. If it works it’s worth the price, if not !!!
