Customer for life
I originally signed up for a subscription plan but unfortunately came into a very difficult time in my life and needed to end the subscription. The agent who helped me to do it was unbelievably kind and went above and beyond for me. It meant the world to me to have be so kind to me right now. I will absolutely sign back up as a future customer when I'm financially able to again. The products truly do work and the employees exude customer service. Great company.

Calecim Advanced Hair with PTT-6 junk
Calecim Advanced Hair with PTT-6 is garbage. While the company makes all these wonderful claims for it, it does nothing for hair. They say there is a 95% success rate. What does that mean? Based on reports here and other sites no one, zero people have had any success. It is also mis advertises as having stem cells. It does not according to the box though NO proof stem cells do anything for human hair growth. I have reviewed the studies they refer to. The two studies I saw are far away from being reputable studies. I even emailed the lead "researcher" about his study and he did not return my messages. The company says use a derma roller with this product derived from Deer! Derma rollers by themselves have proven to increase hair growth in 11% in one study. Maybe that is the reason some have slight improvements. Deer inflammatory proteins, growth factors and other products work on human hair? Let's see the proof. I tried it but after doing research and seeing zero results I realized the product is useless. Save your money. I wonder when others will realize this company has no basis for its products in my opinion. (I do not know my order number. Knowing it would not improve the results of your dubious product would it??) It is my impression your product takes advantage of those people wantvto save their hair. I have nothing but contempt for your mis stated results from its use. Take your products off the market. Singapore company I see.

Amazing customer service
I bought a few products with the black friday offers, I bought 3 products and received 2 full sized free products and a ton of samples that are decent sized tubes, there were so many items i only noticed something was missing after I had unpacked everything a few days later, when I contacted them I got an immediate response they asked for a photo which I sent and again they responded straight away, their customer service is fantastic as are their products

Been using hair formula for over a…
Effective with persistence Been using hair formula for two years. I have not been so good at the frequency of treatments, so use it once every 1-2 weeks. Even so, it has completely stopped my hair shedding and my hairline is about 50% restored. So nice to see so many new hairs sprouting. Interestingly, the longer I have used it, the more blood there is after dermastamping my scalp. I think this a good sign that blood flow is much better and helping to restore follicles. Highly recommend, but unfortunately this is no quick fix. It takes persistence and patience. The bottles are hard to open, and I have spilled equal to probably 6 ampules over the years. I have also accidentally cut myself when the ampules were sealed with hard foil.. ouch! Also, it would be nice to have the option to buy individual hair formula ampules.
