I should give 0 stars for the service I experienced.
December 20 and also on January 22:
Two times it happened same thing denying the check in because of names were not done correctly. So I thought it is time to tell somebody what is going on
1. I bought a ticket for my husband and me to go to Newark and back.
Rick Evans is the one who helped for the travel: January 22 from sarasota to Newark and return on 26 to sarasota. Then the snow storm was coming on 25 and 26 in Newark. So we preponed and wanted to leave on 24. Called and changed the ticket to come back on 24.
I was trying to check in on 21 and wasn't able to checkin. Called Rick and asked him to check and see why I am not able to checkin. He checked and assured me that there is nothing wrong, I shouldn't have any problems on that morning. I believed and went to airport thinking that everything is ok. But at the airport I came to know that he booked on my name Sujatha Narisety two tickets and none for Chalapathy Narisety. So they said only I can go and not my husband. I was horrified and called customer service at that very early in the morning and came to know it is true. He messed up the tickets.
Also this is not the first time this happened with him.
We went to Australia on December 20 from Newark to Los Angeles and from LA to Sydney. My grand daughter was denied to check in JFK to LAX. the explanation was She doesn't have a ticket and my grandson Lucas has two tickets. She was denied and stated a nightmare. They asked my son and grandson should go in and my daughter in law and grand daughter will be in the flight after the clarification. By the time they figured it out the problem, the gates were closed and they were denied to go in or to check in.
Now my son and grand son in the flight and my daughter in law and grand daughter are in the airport. The little kids ages 9 and 11, were so scared thinking that they might not see each other and crying for the entire time. Also they have to flew in economy instead of premier economy.
You might be wondering why I am writting instead of the my daughter in law or my son. I was the one who bought the tickets twice using your customer service and got into this nightmare.
It is really important that I talk to somebody. I would appreciate if someone can call me
