My account manager Alejandro is incredible to deal with. Alejandro, works with you (which is hard to find these days) and arranges deliveries and further details of materials very efficiently. Just for example, I required two more sheets of a high quality insulation on site asap and I received this via delivery the same day! This is virtually unheard of these days!

Useless. No notification prior to delivery. Timber arrived and was the wrong size. Tried to state this was due to the finishing process despite there being nothing about this on their website. Lack of communication from customer service team throughout refund and collection process. Better off using a local supplier.
