I was sceptical about ordering with this company because the prices seemed to good to be true but I am now on my second order in under two weeks and so far I’ve been really impressed. Mainly, as mentioned about the prices, but also with the customer service I have received from Mike on my first order and now Wyatt. Ordered some C24 for a small extension job, got all the invoices etc, paid, and a few days later just had a paypal refund. No phonecall or email to say, "sorry were out of stock", no apology, no explanation just an email from paypal to say that eventually i'll get my cash back. If you need what you order to actually turn up, look elsewhere, as this has now pushed this job back significantly.

We are currently having the front of our property landscaped and I have made a couple of orders through Building Materials Nationwide. The prices are very fair, and Oran the young chap who has been helping me has been excellent, providing help and advice and sourcing exactly what we needed. It is looking fabulous as our builders makes progress. Oran also quickly sorted out an order where I had made an error without any fuss. He is excellent! Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend.

Not happy at all with my experience. I have ordered square edge bords they have sent tappered edge. Delivery supposed to be next they but it came after two days the first part of the order, a day later another part and the finally my order were delivered after 4 days. To much hassle for me. Not worth it.

Great price for Celotex insulation boards. Half the cost of well known DIY stores. Delivery charge was also reasonable. Would definitely use again.

Great value products, delivered swiftly. There was a minor mistake on the type of screws within my larger order, but the team quickly shipped out replacements without issue. You can't ask for more than that.
