Excellent to purchase over the telephone, call centre operatives easy to converse with. Original order failed to materialise but customer service did sterling work in organising re-delivery of new product within 24 hrs. Will utilise company again when possible.

whenever I need anything ordered with rapid delivery and 10/10 service Eddie always provides this. Have never had a bad delivery or anything ever turn up late. whatever the request Eddie manages to sort it for me there and then.
Michael is always extremely thorough and prompt, he is quick at resolving any issues and answering questions. I place a huge amount of orders, which is time consuming.. After looking around a number of websites I finally decided upon Building Materials Co uk . The sales man was very helpful in arranging delivery for a pack of 12 - K118 thermal backed plasterboard, a date was set and delivered was made on that day , unfortunately 1 of the boards was damaged in transit , so phoned the Company to explain the problem along with a couple of pictures showing where and without any further issues they arranged to pick up the damaged board and drop off a replacement , all in a matter of a few days, Great service will be using them again

They did not deliver the next day as they said on their website. I paid 45 pounds for next-day delivery to enable us to complete a job instead I was driving around to get one, and after I cancelled, they still delivered two days later. Refuse to take it back.
