We decided to choose Building shop because of very competitive prices. We could afford everything we needed. The only thing I could point is that the delivery was one day late. We weren't in a hurry so it didn't affect us at all. We will choose them again for sure!

Good delivery. Goods not exactly as I wanted but managed with supply. I wanted 12 x 2.4 m wood and 6 x 4.8 m was supplied. A small issue. In this case communication could have been a bit better. However all in all everything went well. Will definitely use this company again.

Efficient delivery and great price
I ordered some timber on 28 December the first available delivery date was 3 January which I really wasn't expecting to be possible as that was only 3 working days from the order. I received a text on 3 Jan just before noon saying it would be delivered that day, then received another text shortly afterwards stating I was the next drop. I was dubious but it was delivered. I won't state the supplier but a well known company and good straight timber, specification as ordered. When I looked at the online price from this supplier I paid 50% less which was great as I am a DIYer and cannot get a trade account for discount. Well done Building Shop I will be using you again.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company, great customer service and delivery. We ordered a bulk bag if gravel and was a little worried incase it came when we weren't home, however they kept us up to date with what was happening and left it exactly where we asked. Very good customer service and excellent product so couldn't fault

Great personal telephone conversation and ordering process but order not followed up so delivery didn’t happen. However on Re contacting the error was corrected and delivery made. This would not stop me from ordering with the company again.
