Online ordering was easy and straight forward. The delivery driver couldn’t have been more helpful. We live on narrow lane, he unloaded and helped move my delivery to handy spot.

We decided to choose Building shop because of very competitive prices. We could afford everything we needed. The only thing I could point is that the delivery was one day late. We weren't in a hurry so it didn't affect us at all. We will choose them again for sure!

This is possibly a bit unfair so please read all
This is possibly a bit unfair because I have no direct issue with Building Shop themselves however Travis Perkins were the ones who delivered it, or should I say didn’t deliver it, you would think a company that size would have drivers assessed before they employ them to drive vehicles of such size, but it’s apparent that’s not the case, the driver rang to say he’d be 20 mins, I told him I’d be there to meet him and take the role of banksman to guide him in as it was a tight narrow lane, immediately by the tone of his voice the customer said £50 says he refuses to deliver, how right he was, 45 mins later he eventually arrive and after a considerable time and whining to his depot when I rang they said the poor little darling said it was too tight so that was that, I’ve been a professional driver for over 30 years of HGV class 1 driving heavy haulage, bulk tippers, transporters etc and as such your job is to deliver anywhere your vehicle will fit, apparently that’s not the TP way, so after 3 no hassle deliveries of stone and sand products with vehicles of the same size or even bigger TP were the only ones to not complete delivery leaving us to move a pallet of paving slabs after unloading onto a grass verge, genuinely that driver shouldn’t be within touching distance of that truck, utterly incompetent with a can’t be arsed attitude 😡

An excellent company to deal with
An excellent company to deal with. I bought 30 slabs which were delivered in perfect condition and at a great price. I received a phone call saying unfortunately they'd be a delivered a few days later than quoted. This wasn't a problem and the call was appreciated. I'll definitely be looking Building Shop up in the future for further purchases,
