My representative does not communicate well and his follow through has not been great. My policy lapsed when he did not reach out to me as promised. I am having difficulty getting it reinstated because I am not receiving timely emails from him so I can send info needed to reinstate the policy.

The person I dealt with on the phone was polite and knowledgeable. She was able to help me at a desperate time in which I had many glitches renovating my home which is taking longer due to circumstances beyond my control. I felt confident and at ease as I was able to continue completing my home. The price was competitive and I would recommend farmer brown insurance.
