Small two tread step ladder with support handle is sturdy, but light enough. Service was first class and item arrived in one working day.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. I ordered a ladder that was not the height required. The delivery driver was so helpful in returning the delivery and offering to deliver the right height ladder later on the same day. A wonderful, very helpful delivery driver.
