Utter Shambles
Sent the same wrong item twice. Sent part of the order without their system knowing what was/wasn't sent and had to photograph their delivery note to help them check the handwriting to establish what was missing. Only ordered 3 items, 12 of each, so should be straight forward to process. Website states "in stock" but they don't actually have stock. Have requested a refund so hopefully they do this without quibble otherwise will go down the chargeback route. In a nutshell...Shambolic.

Ordered decking oil in natural pine. Tin came but no colour stated on the tin⦠been on hold twice trying to speak to someone, first time after 20 mins they just cut me off⦠up to 20 mins again on hold in queue position 1 for the whole time⦠rubbish.

Repeatedly lied to and let down
Repeatedly lied to and let down. Over a month of telephone calls and emails and still B&P just won't provide any information, don't call back and still no order. Sent tracking information by a staff member who went off on holiday but didn't actually dispatch the order! Save yourself the hassle - go somewhere else. They don't know if things are in stock or not, if or when they may have items
