I unknowingly ordered the wrong trim to go with the ShowerPanels. Received a call from really nice chap to tell me he was sure I didnβt mean to order that trim; confirming and changing my order to the correct trim and checked I hadnβt forgotten anything else. Brilliant service.

Very poor service
Very poor service. Sold me a product with quick delivery time. After waiting over a week I contacted them to be told they don't have the product in stock and a refund would be 5 days. 2 weeks from buying the product to get a refund on a product they never had to sell. Useless.
