Will never use again! Had to request change of flight booking : BAU-879928 to a different date multiple times and was unsuccessful ~4x times on separate occassions, weeks before my flight due to apparently payment not gone through on time. But they did not specify where to make the payment, how much payment to make and payment cutoff time. They just send the email that the change did not go through because of payment. One agent even told me he would send me flight change options with corresponding costs as I have requested but he never did and instead sent the email that my requests for change did not go through because I did not make payment. Customer service was very unhelpful and lacking proper technical knowledge. Last attempt of me trying to change my booking was 52hrs before my flight and their agents insists I cannot change anymore because airline policy says no more changes within 48hrs of flight but I am still doing it ~4hrs before the 48hrs. One of their agents even referred me to talk directly to the airline but when I did I was referred back to them because the flight was booked through an agent who is them! It is very frustrating and stressful booking with them. I had doubts booking with them because of bad reviews but still tried to trust them for the first time and now I am very regretful. I will not do it again.

BudgetAir is absolutely horrible. Do not use this company, especially if your child is traveling alone. My 14-year-old son was traveling internationally by himself and BudgetAir entered his name incorrectly on the ticket. They told me they “do not have the capability to put a space between his first and middle name.” This is absurd and unacceptable in this day and age. We called Customer Service multiple times begging them to fix it. They refused and said it could not be changed. The airline told us that any corrections had to be made through BudgetAir, creating a total deadlock. As a result, when we tried to check him in online, his name did not match his passport and he was denied boarding. We lost the entire cost of the ticket and were forced to purchase a last-minute one-way ticket at a much higher price and pay for a hotel room out of pocket. To make matters worse, BudgetAir will not even review the situation for a possible refund unless we pay an additional $385, and they will only communicate through their chat — not by phone, not by email. We have received zero help, zero accountability, and zero compassion, despite this involving a minor stranded abroad. This was one of the most stressful travel experiences of my life. BudgetAir’s incompetence and refusal to fix their own mistake cost us thousands of dollars and put my child in a frightening situation. Avoid this company at all costs.

Update! They responded immediately to my previous complain message saying that they would contact me via message to find a solution. As expected by this SCAM company, no such thing ever happened.

Hi all, I taken a round trip tickets on September 2025 for my wife and child on 16th December 2025 to Calicut international airport from Ras Al khaimah international airport and the flight time in the ticket 7-30pm When I reached at airport they said that flight was already left 19 hours ago and I didn’t get any mail or message from the budget air side. Then take another flight from for travel. And now the return flight is 3rd Jan 2026 3-30 pm from Calicut airport to Ras Al khaima. Now continuously checking the flight status in the site that flight is not showing anymore, now I taken another flight to travel. This site is absolutely scam to loot money from customers. straight forward and easy to book. not hiden charges total is always displayed in every screen

What a worst service .. customer service is like robots..I book flexible ticket option and when you want to change or cancel asking for more than 1000 AED and agent just shows me the hidden policies .... I will never use this agent to book in future...worst customer service ever no kind words just shuts up you..

I had a great experience booking my flight through BudgetAir. I was able to find a much cheaper ticket compared to other websites. The booking process was simple, fast, and clear, with no confusion. Everything went smoothly from payment to confirmation. I would definitely recommend BudgetAir to anyone looking for affordable flight tickets.

Hi when we were booking the flight ticketing, the check in baggage allowed was not clear and after the booking we came to know that there is no check in baggage is available. We end up paying more for check in baggage.

on dec 26, i booked a flight for Feb 23. i did not looked at my confirmation email until today and i found that they put the date on my booking as jan 12. i tried talking with one of their expert, and all he said was that my flight is not refundable or changeable and sorry they can't help. i will never book with them again.

I would not use this company again, you think it's a good deal however small print, hidden costs, I learnt a valuable lesson. It pays to research these companies before paying any money too them. Hope it helps, Globe trotter

They were very unhelpful and my ticket dates were changed which caused me to lose a hotel reservation and also a car parking reservation

dont recomend at all, they sell low rates ticket then they offer you a service for 70$ extra to cancel or change the date ofyour flight anytime then when it hapens they dont do that at all, they will tell you that they can change the flight date for 0$ to Budgetair but you still have to pay around 200$ for the flight company to the changes which is not indicated in advance in the ticketing process !

I had the worse experience with budget air I booked a flight from Atq to Bali for a business class I accidentally booked for the wrong date instead of March 1 2026 i booked it for Feb 28 2026 I called within 8 hrs of booking they refused to change my date and gave me a runaround between different staffs finally requested to speak to the manager she refused to change the date I asked them to go ahead and cancel my booking as it was less than 24 hrs they hung up on me and called the credit card company while explaining the whole situation and disputing the charge called the airline they confirmed it can only be cancelled through the budget air and the budget air refused to do so now I m stuck with $4098 charge on my credit card They are ripping people of their hard earned money this website is a fraud must be reported and removed so the others don’t ret ripped off

What a joke / waste of time / SCAM. Offshore operators look for reasons to push back to airlines.

Poor refund service. BudgetAir delays refunds for 8–10 weeks even after airline approval. Completely unacceptable and very frustrating. I will not book with them again.Air India processes refunds in 5–7 business days, but BudgetAir holds the money for 8–10 weeks even after airline approval. Completely unacceptable refund practice.
