I feel stupid for booking through Budgetair without reading the reviews when it clearly states to avoid booking with them. I've booked my DIRECT flight and suddenly they changed my flight TO A CONNECTION FLIGHT. My original trip was 2hrs and 3 min turned into a 6 hr flight. so I got connected to customer service and Budgetair just blamed it on the airlines and told me to contact them because it was the airline who changed my flight. I called the airline only to find out Budget air is lying. They said they do not change any bookings third party does. It shows that they never booked my flight and when my original flight is all sold out they rebooked it as a connection flight. Horrible now I have to live in fear hoping my now changed flight won't get changed again. I regret so much I want to turn back time and rebook my flight with the airline directly even if it costed me more.

Avoid at all costs. Very dangerous for international travel. BudgetAir refused to promptly correct a simple name field error on an international ticket — despite Lufthansa explicitly approving and documenting the correction. They were perfectly fine with stranding me in Japan. Very unfriendly helpdesk, classic methods of screwing their clients. This put my Japan trip at real risk of denied boarding. Zero ownership, slow response, and dangerous for international travel. Book directly with the airline.

Site doesnt show clear tickets selection no info on luggage etc Also now e tickers are coming in parts just one way f9r 1 person for a simple travel of mumbai to Dubai Very poor expeience will think twice next time even if some price differe

I could not manage my booking.. For some reason my ticket was booked on someone else email.. and phone number.. there is no way for me to checkin online. Because the OTP goes to someone else

We purchased tickets that explicitly included a service package with hotel accommodation and transport in the event of a delay. When our flight was delayed in Doha, we were told a hotel and driver would be arranged. No driver came. No hotel was provided. No alternative was offered. We were left overnight in the airport with a child, despite having paid for this service in advance. Staff gave contradictory explanations and ultimately did nothing. Selling a fare that includes accommodation and then failing to provide it is misrepresentation. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a failure to deliver a paid service to a family travelling with a young child. We are now forced to pursue reimbursement and formal complaints because the airline refused to resolve this on the spot. This experience raises serious concerns about how families are treated when disruptions occur. Completely unacceptable.

Terrible company when it comes to customer service, following up any flight issues or changes, making contact and getting refunds. The small saving in cost you might get by using this company IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. I would never use this company again

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent booking experience on your website. Immediately after booking my flight, I contacted customer service to request a date change. I was informed that I could rebook, but only by paying a significantly higher price, which I found unreasonable given how soon I reached out. When I then requested to cancel the booking, more than half of the total amount was deducted as cancellation charges. This is extremely disappointing and feels unfair, especially considering that I contacted customer service right after making the booking. Due to this experience, I feel misled and believe that the charges applied are excessive. This has caused me to completely lose trust in your platform. I will not be booking through your website again, and I will share my experience with others to ensure they are aware of these practices.

It's fast and easy

Budget air... more like scam air. Bought tickets and paid extra for the right to cancel the tickets. This is apparently not possible and we get nothing back. Never book with these scam artists

Still waiting for these jokers to contact me for my refund. Been waiting since October 2025. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE ROGUES. BE WARNED!!!!Flight changed and they failed to notify me. Turned up at airport for dream holiday and no flight. 4 passengers, 1 Deaf and Mute disabled Passenger. This company are DEVILS! Be warned! Stay back! Book directly with airline! Always!!!!

شكرا جزيل هذه التجربة الثانية معكم شركة محترمة لكن للاسف فوجئت بعد اتمام الحجز ان تذكرة زوجتى الجزء الاول منها حقيبة واحدة وهذا كان غير واضح ومعلن بشكل صريح وتم التواصل مع خدمة الشات لكن بلا جدوى

Transparent and clear flow of reservation

Je revois mon avis (passe de 1 à 2) car, après y avoir passé du temps, un agent m'a répondu sur le chat et a declenché le process de remboursement (je passerai à 3 s'il se concrétise bien) Avis initial : Intolérable, site à éviter. Vol esayjet Paris-Berlin le 5 déc payé à Budgetair en nov. Annulation de vol et remboursemet validé par Esayjet à Budgetair le 8 déc. A mi-janvier, aucun remboursement effectué par Budgetair :-(

Terrible experience with Budget Air! What a scam!! Received no confirmation on flight and so booked it again. When I called customer service and told them I was charged twice for the same flights because of a system failure, they would not refund my first payment. Disgraceful airline. Book somewhere else, or you will probably be scammed, too!

Were positively responsive. Had troubles with my last cancelled flight (due to weather) and was afraid I would not be able to get any help from BudgetAir to replan my trip. However, they replied fast via chat and could provide me visibility over the alternatives from the airline company.
