I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent booking experience on your website. Immediately after booking my flight, I contacted customer service to request a date change. I was informed that I could rebook, but only by paying a significantly higher price, which I found unreasonable given how soon I reached out. When I then requested to cancel the booking, more than half of the total amount was deducted as cancellation charges. This is extremely disappointing and feels unfair, especially considering that I contacted customer service right after making the booking. Due to this experience, I feel misled and believe that the charges applied are excessive. This has caused me to completely lose trust in your platform. I will not be booking through your website again, and I will share my experience with others to ensure they are aware of these practices.
