We purchased tickets that explicitly included a service package with hotel accommodation and transport in the event of a delay. When our flight was delayed in Doha, we were told a hotel and driver would be arranged. No driver came. No hotel was provided. No alternative was offered. We were left overnight in the airport with a child, despite having paid for this service in advance. Staff gave contradictory explanations and ultimately did nothing. Selling a fare that includes accommodation and then failing to provide it is misrepresentation. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a failure to deliver a paid service to a family travelling with a young child. We are now forced to pursue reimbursement and formal complaints because the airline refused to resolve this on the spot. This experience raises serious concerns about how families are treated when disruptions occur. Completely unacceptable.
