Beyond the flawless products, as my vintage supplier it is comforting & helps affirm my confidence in Brusnwick Fine Wines . Impeccable service .
Excellent customer service, from initial contact by telephone through to delivery of the wine itself. Spoke to both Jamie and Carlos, who were both most helpful, courteous and friendly; easy to use web-site for the order itself, and prompt delivery. All in all, would thoroughly recommend Brunswick Wines
What a wondeful buying experience. Brunswick Fine Wines are a benchmark that others should adopt. The website was easy to navigate, choice was fabulous pricing competitive and communication throughout was perfect. The wines arrived very well packed for transit and presented beautifully. I would certainly recomend Brunswick Fine Wines to any one with a serious interest in wines. Well Done!
Good selection of wines at a great price. Prompt and efficient service, no hesitation in recommending Brunswick.
I bought wines from Brunswick Fine Wines & Spirits shop in Brighton whilst visiting the city and subsequently used their online shop for wine delivery to my home in Yorkshire. The service has been excellent on both occasions. The people are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and the quality of the wines I’ve had so far have been delicious and fairly priced. I’d be happy and confident to keep returning to Brunswick Fine Wines.
Friendly, informed and discerning… are the key words here. Oh, and the wines are pretty darned good too 😋
Excellent choice, keen price and quick and safe delivery. I would certainly recommend. One suggestion would be for LCB delivery to contact customer prior to actual day of delivery.
Incredible service. Answered every question and even sent me pictures to confirm product information. Above and beyond.
Wonderful customer service from this amazing wine shop
What a great experience for wine lovers (sparkling and whisky as well). I attended the latest tasting with Roebuck Estates and tasted some sublime sparkling wines from dry to sweet curated by their expert Julian. They have monthly tastings so sign up for the next one or go to their website.
Great service with a knowledgeable team. Highly recommend this company.
Breath of fresh air. Great price, service and communication even outside working hours. Definitely my first point of call should I ever need anything again. Many thanks
Really great wine shop. Very knowledgeable staff, great stock and friendly service. The tasting evenings are great fun too and very interesting.
First tasting. Wines were really good and all the staff there helpful and informative. Looking forward to the next one.
Easy to order on the website. The package is well packed against damage. Package was shipped (NL) and received quickly. Unfortunately the label on the bottle was damaged, which I normally wouldn't care about. However in this case you want an undamaged product for the price paid (also for the possible collector value). As said the package was well protected, so could have been missed during packing.
Website is easy to navigate and the service was excellent.
