Great service after we figured out who should receive what. Debbie Frye and Tina Mumpfield were wonderful in their solution to the challenge of finding out why we were direct billed by CNA and what happened to the correspondence. The Flagler Agency fell short in responding to my initial email trying to locate bond I had to then called CNA who routed me to Brunswick Companies and resolved.
Very professional, diligent, sincere, and a willingness to go the extra mile in there efforts t o meet their client's needs. It is always a pleasure to feel like you are important to the company no matter how small your or insignificant your needs are.
Very easy process.
