Ms. Bilek could not possibly be more accomodating to me as a client. She is always well ahead of all deadlines, and provides plenty of background information. Please GIVE HER A BIGGER RAISE!!!!

Tina stays on top of your yearly renewal. She emails you several times to remind you to renew. Then she is competent and very easy to work with.
