I thought, maybe I would be able to have that same person who would walk me through the procedure on how to secure the bond. Was I surprised and pleased that Tina, the name that kept coming up in the reviews, was the person who helped me navigate the bond process. Tina was so helpful and courteous, but most of all, she listened. Finding people who really listen now-a-days, is very hard to come by.
