Good. Minor issues but it runs fine

For me it's a really good company, they are connected with the community, at least now with Brazil issues, we desire an even better experience with Brazil servers, they aren't perfect, but it's just the initial phase, everyone hope it'll get better and better, cloud gaming opened a new way to play videogames without a console or computer, and Boosteroid is thinking on us, Brazilian costumers. They have a really good costumer help service, at least the ones I used when something happened. For me the the Brazilian Facebook page is the best thing, community helping each other and the company speaking with us about how it's going their implementation of new servers or problems. Discord is really good also, but I don't use a lot, it's more focused on the global costumers, that's why I prefer Facebook page, talking with us Brazilian directly. Like I said, the service is not perfect, but they are doing a great service trying to improve everything for everyone, they plan to have 5 locations of data centers if I'm not wrong, with virtual machines in Brazil, for now we have just one, there's a line problem but with the new servers that will come we hope the lines will end. For now I rate this company a 8/10, but I think it will be really better in the future.

Quick and helpful customer support, and in general a very good experience. Even with a not so great wireless connection, it runs pretty smooth. Very rarely had to wait in queue, and even then, it was just for a few minutes.

I set up an account I tested the service and unlike geforce now the service had insane lag and lattency , when I tried to get a refund I was denied.

Very advanced service for gaming for a good pricing Big games library, hard-working 24/7 support and almost all servers are powerful for 4K gaming However they need to update servers in some countries, because they are outdated and can’t afford 4K

Great service

I generally liked everything about this service. With a stable internet connection, you can play anything without any delays or crashes like on your PC. I also really liked the support. They completely understood my problem. And also fixed my problem in new updates. Among the advantages I can add that the price is quite low for such a service. The only downside is that it's not very suitable for games with a mouse on a tablet (smartphone), but I've completed Elden Ring with a gamepad and am completely satisfied with the process. My rating is 10/10, for the ability to play wherever you want and with whatever you want, as well as good technical support.

Boosteroid is more than just a cloud gaming service, it’s a community built by gamers, for gamers. It brings people together while letting us enjoy amazing games at 120fps in FHD or even 4K. I also really appreciate the Boosteroid team. It's clear they love what they do, and it shows. Some might overlook it, but I definitely see it and I’m grateful for it. From my personal experience, the gameplay has been smooth with little to no interference. I haven’t had problems with input lag, image blurriness, or major interruptions. Of course, this largely depends on your internet connection, something Boosteroid is very transparent about in their FAQ. That means the experience can vary depending on your setup, so it’s important to keep that in mind before signing up. Also, keep in mind that while Boosteroid has a lot of games, it might not have what you are looking for. I would suggest always seeing if they have what you need. Boosteroid is always trying to add more and you can suggest it in their reddit community. TL;DR - Boosteroid offers smooth cloud gaming up to 120fps/4K with minimal lag (internet quality matters). The library is solid but not complete, so check first. Overall, it’s been nothing short of amazing, accessible, enjoyable, and built by gamers who truly care.

Great service and support!

The Boosteroid app was working fine on my NVidia Shield for a few months then I experienced continual controller input lag that was so bad it made all games unplayable. The Boosteroid team are good at making public statements on reddit and other social media platforms, asking to communicate via direct messaging to resolve the issue, however it's been two months since I raised the issue and the only responses I've received are that their technical team are "looking into it". My request for a refund on my subscription which still has another four months on it have also been ignored. I would advise everyone to avoid using Boosteroid and to use something more reliable like GeForce Now or Shadow Gaming, which I've had no problems with
