Really fast and efficient service. I had an appointment for 10:30 and was finished by 10:50. Only minor inconvenience to this is the parking where the attendant welcoming me in told me to go to P-8 but I had no idea which floor nor any directions to follow, so I drove until I found an unreserved parking, but besides that the whole operation went smooth. Well also the BLS phone number didn’t work this morning at 9.20am when it’s supposed to be open, but overall a good place to apply for a visa.

Worst service ever. Since there is no negative ranking I had to give 1 star. I know these people pay Indian embassy alot of money to work. But the behaviour OMG, some of them cursing while doing work. Not a single individual has spoken to us politely if we ask for any details. I had went to US embassy and other Embassies as well the treatment to their citizens over there is overwhelming. You guys should start checking this people and start firing some of them. Even for just a small piece of relationship certificate you have to come after 6 PM. Imagine if someone's job finishes at 4:30 and he wants to come and collect any documents they didn't even listen to it. I am sorry to be very harsh here but this is what happens to me all the time.
