I placed an order with blowout medical and they sent me the wrong items. No problem, it happens. I contacted them and the customer service girl was rude and snarky. Refused to give me my money back or fix THEIR issue. Two weeks later they tell I can pay to print label and pay fedex to send it back to them. No thank you. Don’t even waste your time or your money with these low life losers.

Fast delivery and new as described. This is my second order and 100% satisfaction on both orders.

Do not order from this company. They took my order for an item and charged my credit card with a 5 day delivery. 4 days later, they notified me that the item would be delayed by 4 weeks. I decided to keep the order and 3 weeks later they cancelled the order, crediting my credit card again. Maybe they just needed the loan for 4 weeks? I could have ordered from other companies and had the items. Now it's 4 weeks later and I have to start from scratch. This is the absolute worst kind of company.

This company is nothing but a scam. They took my money from my credit card immediately and then never shipped the item and ignore all my emails do not buy anything from them. I made the mistake of thinking that since they took PayPal they were a legit company

Ordered hydrogen peroxide wipes one month ago. They're quick to take the cash, but don't deliver. Don't waste your time with this outfit. They're either completely dishonest or totally incompetent, neither of which is acceptable.

Blowout medical should be investigated for price gouging. Unfortunately the State of Wyoming where they are located does not have price gouging laws. So the Federal Government should start an investigation once this pandemic is over. I have purchased Halyard purple nitrate gloves by the case from them for a number of years and the price has been around $9.00 per box. When this pandemic happened they increased the price to over $13.00 a box with limited supply. The fair solution would be to limit the number of boxes available to each person and keep the price as it was just before the pandemic. This pandemic will not last forever and hopefully your future as a company with end soon. SHAME ON BLOWOUT MEDICAL!!!!

I understand that in this crisis pandemic there will be products that will be backordered and cancelled. I placed two orders and both were cancelled by Blowout Medical. They gave me a credit, but for less than what I paid and cancelled the order. They are making money and not even selling anything. A rip-off of a company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Placed an order two weeks ago. States fast shipping in 3 bdays. But order still states in process. No response to.followup email. About to dispute with bank and report this company

I Finally received an e-mail back - after cancelling order almost right away. Also, just yest. received the credit on my bank debit card like they said.

They don't deserve one star. I am in the same boat as most of the other reviews. It said in stock when I ordered and 2-3 day shipping. When it didn't arrive, I went to website to track the order. It stated it was processing. It's been over a week and it's still processing. No one answers the phone. No reply to email. And no refund/ cancellation as requested. Nothing! I'm reporting to my bank as fraud as well as the better business bureau. I understand we are in a crisis time but I've been more than reasonable and understanding.

I have never heard of this company, but after searching for toilet paper on the internet, i came across this company and they had the product on their website and it did not say that they were out of it. I placed an order with them knowing that I was being charged too much for toilet paper, but I could not get any in the stores. Their site said 3-5 days shipping. I went back on their site and all the toilet paper was "out of stock." I emailed them to find out if they were going to ship it and send me any details. I e-mailed them twice and tried calling, but, to no avail. I have just written a letter which will go in the mail today telling them to cancel the order and send me a refund. I sincerely doubt that I will get my product or a refund. Its not a lot of money. It's the priciple and the fact that there is no communication from them. That bothers me more than anything. I will wait a resonable period of time and then i will go to my bank and see what they can do if anything. I am also going to send a copy of the letter to the State's Attorney's office. I would strongly suggest not to do business with this company. I see there are a lot of negative reviews. I wish I had looked before i leaped. I want to add to this review. I had ordered this product and their web site said it was in stock. Apparently, they were out of stock and just hadn't fixed their site to reflect that. They did give me a refund. I e-mailed them 3 times and finally a few days later they responded and told me that they were issuing me a refund. I'm glad that they did that as I had already written a letter to them. I strongly suggest that everyone during this time be very careful about ordering toilet paper on line. If the site says that it ships in 3 -7 days...that means when they get the item in..I have never dealt with this company before and I would not have dealt with them this time. I certainly will not deal with them again. I don't like excuses. I expect quick answering time when I contact any business..

Placed my order on 3/1 item was in stock, paid for 5 to 7 day shipping, called on 3/12 said backordered will be in and ship on 3/20. Well they quit excepting calls sent 2 emails trying to get updates and or tracking number. Finally got a reply, not ava, refunding, we will see if they really do. Interesting fact, one day earlier another family member placed an order and they got theirs on the 13th. This company is so dysfunctional, do not count on getting your order even if the item is in stock. Very disappointing we had people counting on this order!

Ordered toilet paper on 03/18/20 and never received my order and no refund! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company if I don't get my refund asap! Do not order from this company,you won't get your order or even a response after sending multiple emails! ***After posting this review I did get a refund within a day! Just wanted to include that in this review .

Just like the others that reviewed BlowoutMedical.com, I ordered TP on 3/14/2020 and received an email from them on 3/25/2020 saying my order was cancelled because: Discontinued by Manufacturer. Hmm the Manufacturer discontinued making toilet paper??? I highly doubt that! Most likely they saw the demand for it and rather than fill the orders they had already been paid for, they are probably selling that TP for gouging prices online! The fact that it took Blowout Medical 11 days to realize the "manufacturer discontinued making TP!" when they apparently were getting the money from a bunch of us on the same date is highly suspicious! I understand there's a shortage everywhere, but to take 11 days and only after people wrote complaints about them did they finally email to cancel and refund my order. I don't trust this company and will never use them for any of my senior needs!

Scam. Ordered supplies on 3/15 that were advertised as in stock. No shipment by 3/22.... Emailed... no reply. Called on 3/25 and phone service is down.

I purchased tp on March 14th from this company. It was supposedly in stock. They advertise in bold letters "1-3 business days average delivery time". As noted by others, the status of my order has been "processing" every time I check it. I've emailed them asking them when my items will be shipped. No response. I emailed them again asking for a refund. No response. I contacted my credit card company and the charge is now in dispute. Wish I had researched the company first:-(

Update They did finally give a refund. Ordered tp due to shortages everywhere on 3/17. Order still processing. No human on phone or response to email. Total scam company. Shame taking advantage of people at this time. Buyer beware!

I have been ordering from this company for years never had a problem with them till now. I order baby wipes and a case of gloves due to I take care of my aging mother. I didn’t need a case of gloves but I was going to donate some of them to a senior center for those in need of them. But needless to say they took my money and never responded to any of my emails asking them to refund my money back or at least have the curiosity to let me know what was going on with my order. Thank goodness I put the order on my HSA card. They will be looking into it from me (I won’t be ordering from them ever again that’s for sure)

12 days later and still no delivery on a 5-7 day delivery . phone call is auto saying not accepting calls. Emailed CS. Not happy !

Ordered from them 0n 3/7. They sent an "on the way" email--except it isn't. Will not respond to emails at all. They are either unethical, scammers or totally inept--or perhaps all three? Will work with my credit card company to rectify my mistake of ordering from them.
