BEWARE! Ordered Breeze complete CPAP mask (I thought, as shown in picture on order page) and was charged $30.93 for one pair of nasal pillows. The items showed a picture of the entire cpap mask when I ordered. After receiving just the pillows I returned to the webpage for my product from the link in my email bill copy, and saw a picture now of just the pillows.. Why would I pay $30 with shipping for an item worth at most a couple bucks to them? Even Amazon sells just the pillows for $10. I sent two emails and got no response. I want to return these for a credit and will try calling next. No reply. Stay clear if them if this is how they do business. I sent a third email today. Their is no phone number for them anywhere. Their return item link on the website goes to the order and there is no option to request a return. I will contact paypal and Amex for help next.

BlowoutMedical.com carries brandname patient care supplies and equipment. The pricing ranges from the manufacturer's suggested retail price (ie. MSRP) to ridiculously cheap, depending on the product. My first purchase of respiratory therapy (CPAP) supplies. For CPAP-compatible in-line bacteria/virus filters, and CPAP-machine filters, the prices can't be beat. The AirLife bac/vir filters (Sku #1851) cost me $1.20 each (elsewhere, I'd pay $3 or $4+). Covidien AirLife was originally part of GE HealthCare. These filters have the lowest pressure resistance ratings that I can find. For the CPAP machine filters, the items were made by the Fisher-Paykel, and not some knockoff compatible products. I'm really happy with the service, and my inquiry to support at blowoutmedical.com was responded to in the same day. I would give a 4-star rating minimum, but since this is my first order, I'll give a 3-star "OK" rating. If I consistently get the same level of pricing value and response, I'll definitely rate them 4 or 5-star. BTW, my items, which were paid for via PayPal on 11/20/2017, arrived 3 days later. I'm placing my next order now, because I just realized that even daily supplies that are health-related are often carried by BlowoutMedical. For example: Kinesio sports tape, blood pressure kits,

I ordered 2 canes and 2 cane holders on October 1 and paid for 3-5 day shipping. After not receiving my items in 10 days, I attempted to call the company and only got their voicemail. I left a clear and concise voicemail, but got no reply. I emailed the company the same day and got no response. A few days later, I called again and the voicemail hung up on me before I could leave a message. I called again, left a message and got no reply. I emailed again and received no reply. I called my credit card company to initiate a vendor dispute to get my money refunded through them. Only after I lodged that dispute did I hear from Blowout Medical. They informed me that they were unable to obtain the items I ordered from their vendor. No problem! Stuff happens, but let me know what's going on and ask if I want a refund! Non-existent customer service. Please, I beg you, don't waste your money or patience with buying from this company. From my experience, Blowout Medical is a scam!

Customer service is non-existent. I was charged for shipping when shipping was free. I emailed via their website and emailed directly. No response. Website will not allow me to stop monthly shipments and I can not find phone number. I did receive product but the tracking info was sent to me after it was delivered. Do not use this company.

I placed my order on July 26, 2017 and paid for 3 to 5 day delivery. It is now Aug 4, 2017 and nothing. No phone # to call for help. E-mailed for customer service 4 hours ago. No response. Pick another vendor.

I just read the other reviews and I am surprised! I have ordered from them twice, and received exactly what I ordered, and very fast delivery. I am impressed and will keep ordering from this company.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a product, that was clearly shown in a photo on their website. The product I received was not the product I ordered. I was told they would still be happy to set up a return for me but it may not be cost effective. Seriously, they sent me the wrong product & want me to pay to send it back after I already paid $9.49 in shipping to get something I cannot use. Teri Claiborne insists they sent the correct item & will not issue a prepaid label. She stated that there was no error made on our end. Wow, what great customer service. I sent pictures of the item I ordered from their website & a picture of the item I received. They are two completely different items. Extremely disappointing. By the way, initially I called to report receiving the wrong item & it seems they will only communicate by e-mail. I have spent 8 days e-mailing back & forth trying to get them to understand that what they sent is not what I ordered. Extremely frustrating to deal with them. I'd advise anyone to shop elsewhere. This company clearly does not care about their reputation or their customers.

Horrible customer service. They messed up an order badly, shipping it to my address in Texas instead of shipping to my mother in Florida. They refused to refund the order or have it shipped on to my mother, meaning I paid about $500 for supplies that should have cost about half that. They have refused to make it right. I would strongly caution against purchasing anything from this company.

I placed an order for a product that was listed as in stock on 11/29/2016. The money was paid via paypal at that time. on 12/1/2016 received an email stating that order would ship 12/5/2016. Then on 12/13/2016 I received an email stating item would ship 1/20/2017. it is now 1/23/2017, no emails, no product, no communication at all ... you be the judge ... is this the company you want to do business with?
