Patient safety and transparency concerns.

I traveled internationally 24 hours flight to BHT Clinic Istanbul for scheduled procedures with Mecy Clinic, Dr Cem Yildrim annd his team, and unfortunately had a stressful and disappointing experience. Before payment, communication was very attentive. However, after I informed staff that I was physically unwell and unable to proceed with surgery, the tone changed and I felt pressured rather than medically supported. I had two procedures scheduled less than 24 hours apart. After completing the first surgery, the second was planned for 5 AM the following morning. I clearly informed the team that I felt physically weak and did not feel medically fit to undergo another operation so soon. Despite this, I was encouraged to proceed. I also received persistent late-night calls encouraging me to continue, which felt more like sales pressure than patient care. For the second procedure: • I was not admitted • No medical service was provided Despite this, my refund was not processed. Repeated requests for invoices, receipts, signed consent forms, and a clear billing breakdown were not fulfilled. Medical decisions should prioritize patient safety, transparency, and proper documentation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

I traveled from abroad to this hospital for aesthetic surgery. They called me saying a slot opened up because another patient canceled and told me to come the next day. I immediately flew 4 hours from Europe. Before the surgery, I experienced medical and safety-related grievances that caused me severe distress. My doctor, Şaban Çelebi, did not show any close interest; they were busy with other surgeries at the time. The doctor was very cold. I didn't see a physician who took ownership of their patient. My trust was broken, so I canceled the surgery. I experienced a huge disappointment. They charged me nearly €1,000 for a standard blood test and the use of a waiting room. I do not recommend anyone come here from abroad for surgery. I had a very bad experience with the hospital management, the staff, and the doctor. In fact, I suggest you check the hospital's Google reviews. They deleted my comment 11 times. I absolutely do not recommend them.

💔 Enganada, traída e desrespeitada — a minha experiência na Best Clinic Istanbul com o Dr. Aliriza ⭐ A minha experiência na Best Clinic Istanbul foi profundamente dececionante e emocionalmente dolorosa. Na primeira consulta, em junho, o cirurgião Dr. [nome do cirurgião] garantiu-me que o meu caso seria resolvido com uma mini-abdominoplastia. Quando voltei em setembro para fazer a cirurgia, ele alterou completamente o plano: disse que afinal teria de ser uma abdominoplastia 180, com a promessa de um resultado “perfeito” e um umbigo “mais bonito e natural”. 💶 Fui convencida a pagar 800 € adicionais por essa suposta melhoria. Mas antes da cirurgia, fui muito clara: disse-lhe que não queria mais cicatrizes nem uma cicatriz maior. Ele garantiu-me que a diferença seria mínima — “talvez 2 cm de cada lado” — e que o umbigo ficaria mais natural. O meu umbigo nunca foi um problema para mim, e eu até lhe disse que não gostava dos umbigos artificiais típicos da abdominoplastia. Mesmo assim, insistiu que seria o melhor resultado e que ficaria mais bonito. ⚠️ O mais revoltante é que, ninguém me informou que o cirurgião tinha mudado novamente o plano durante a operação. Ele viu-me no dia seguinte e não mencionou nada sobre ter feito uma nova incisão. Três dias depois, já no hotel, quando uma enfermeira retirou os pensos, descobri sozinha que tinha uma cicatriz vertical além da horizontal. Foi um choque — nunca fui avisada, nunca autorizei. Essa decisão foi tomada sem o meu consentimento e contra tudo o que eu tinha deixado claro. Mais tarde, justificaram-se dizendo que eu tinha “excesso de pele”. Mas outros profissionais que consultei confirmaram que a verdade era o oposto: faltava pele, e por isso ele fez a incisão vertical para conseguir fechar. Sinto-me enganada, traída e desrespeitada. A minha barriga ficou marcada com uma cicatriz que nunca aceitei, e o umbigo, que prometeram que ficaria natural e bonito, ficou pior do que antes. 💔 Depois de reclamar, a clínica ofereceu-me apenas 350 € — mas com a condição de eu não escrever nenhum comentário negativo online. Achei essa proposta vergonhosa e ofensiva. Isto não é sobre dinheiro — é sobre ética, honestidade e respeito por quem confia no vosso trabalho. Se tivessem agido de boa fé, devolveriam os 800 € cobrados indevidamente e reconheceriam o erro. Em vez disso, tentaram comprar o meu silêncio. 💬 Deixo este testemunho para alertar outras pessoas: tenham muito cuidado antes de confiar na Best Clinic Istanbul. Nem tudo o que prometem corresponde à realidade — e quando algo corre mal, o apoio simplesmente desaparece.

Opérer le 23 octobre 2024 à fuir d'abord 2 semaines avant mon opération ils ont gonflé le prix ce que le docteur Murat cautionne apparemment car quand j'en ai parlé il a fait la sourde oreille ensuite il me dit que c'est pas lui qui va m'opérer du nez ça sera un autre médecin et bien sûr comme c'est un autre médecin qui fait mon nez ils ont essayé encore une fois d'augmenter le prix ce que j'ai refusé Il m'a fait ma liposuccion ensuite pour la surveillance après l'opération il n'était pas là il est partie à un congrès je l'ai vu deux fois pour un contrôle et quand je suis rentré j'ai essayé de le contacter à plusieurs reprises aucun suivi la secrétaire me dit que si je veux un suivi il faut que je me déplace à Istanbul alors que le médecin avait accepté que je le contacte par visio conclusion une fois qu'ils ont encaisser il y a plus personne vraiment pas sérieux

I went to the BHT clinic to have a…

I went to the BHT clinic to have a facelift. I needed to remove the sagging skin on my lower face. They didn't do the sagging lower part of my face, but after the surgery they said I would see results within 6 months. They gave me terrible scars and said that everything would be back to normal in six months. The surgery was in 2023 and I still have terrible scars that won't go away without surgery. The contract is with Dr. Cengizhan Ekizceli. When I returned to the clinic to have the scars removed, Dr. Cengizhan Ekizceli said that another doctor from his team did the facelift. The hospital invites students to pay them less. I still haven't been able to find out who did the facelift. I wrote a letter to the hospital several times complaining that they didn’t do anything (didn’t tighten) to my lower face, they disfigured me (left scars in the area between my eyes and temples), they didn’t do a forehead lift, but I didn’t receive an answer. I came to Istanbul several times to have them remove my sagging skin and remove the scars. But they didn’t want to correct their mistakes. They told me that I could see another doctor in their clinic and pay for a new operation. When I asked to see the head doctor to file a complaint, the customer complaints department wouldn’t let me see the head doctor (they said he wasn’t there, etc.). They also told me that if I came to the hospital and asked to see the head doctor, they would throw me out of the hospital because I was causing concern to other hospital clients. The attitude was rude and lawless. In December 2024, I contacted the Foreign Citizens Complaints Department of the Ministry of Health, there was no answer and apparently there won’t be one. if you want students to practice on you and disfigure you, then contact this clinic to Dr. Cengizhan Ekizceli. And in general, think carefully before going to Turkey, will you be able to prove anything in a foreign country if you are disfigured. I will not remove this review under any circumstances. Now we are making a video about this clinic and will distribute it all over the world. Of course, I will have to contact another plastic surgeon after what was done to me in this clinic, but I want to protect other people.

Disorganizzati

Chiedevo informazioni da una pubblicità social e mi rispondevano dal 90 552 980 28 49 Riferivo della mia necessità di correggere malpratice di altri chirurghi, dunque, mi ha preteso dati sensibili (foto e relazioni mediche), poi non ha risposto più. Dopo 11giorni ho sollecitato e la notte mi rispondevano di aspettare, perchè era "festa religiosa nazionale" e quindi avrebbero ripreso lunedi, era sabato... può essere credibile un ospedale che chiude per due settimane perché ci sono le feste religiose? Rispondo ok che aspetto, ma passano altre due settimane per scomparire di nuovo. Stavolta blocco proprio il numero, perché non voglio averci più nulla a che fare con questa struttura, sia diretta sia dietro agenzia evanescenti, giacchè questi atteggiamenti detonato una serietà discutibile, per cui le mie richieste di un preventivo di spesa e fattibilità, su interventi specifici, sono state sistematicamente ignorate, nonostante si fossero offerti loro stessi. Per altro, solo di recente mi sono ricordato di esserci già stato in questa clinica nel settembre 2024, con un appuntamento preso con un chirurgo (Dr. M. Emin Cem Yıldırım) preso con un altra agenzia che spero non sia la stessa di ora, per cui dopo arrivato in taxi alle 9 del mattino, in reception nessuno ne sapeva nulla e il medico mi ha risposto che non aveva alcun appuntamento con me. Me ne sono dovuto andare via dopo un'ora canfermando come la struttura fosse priva di intercomunicazione, perché la visita non l'ho potuta fare per ovvi motivi. Siccome ci sono già cascato, sconsiglio vivamente di affidarsi a chirurghi che si avvalgono di mediatori, perché la loro mancanza di serietà e trasparenza rende l'intera esperienza un rischio inutile.
