This is actually the first time in my life that I’m writing a review, and I’ll keep it short. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. I was told I would receive a text message 30 minutes before the driver arrived. Instead, I got the message at 12:56, and the driver was at my door just 7 minutes later. The idea was, after receiving text i will drive home and receive the goods but The driver called me and said he was at my address and can not wait for me. I explained that I was at work and would need 15 minutes to get there. I kindly asked if he could leave the boxes at my door on the first floor, but he refused. I then called the company. Since my Danish isn’t very good yet, I politely asked the woman on the phone, named "H****", if we could speak in English. She immediately said “NEJ” — a loud and clear “no.” I explained that I’m new to Denmark, still learning the language, and asked again if we could speak in English. Again, she just said “NEJ.” I tried to explain my problem in Danish as best I could, but she kept saying things I couldn’t understand. Eventually, I gave up, said “okay, thanks,” and she coldly replied “good day” and hung up. Extremely rude and unhelpful service.

Ekstrem dårlig service

Ekstrem dårlig service. Min buket er d d afleveret til en vildt fremmed person i Århus midtby i stedet for Åbyhøj! Pinligt! Man kan ikke regne med at buketten kommer ud til den, den var tiltænkt!

Elendig service

Skulle modtage tv fra Bilka idag mellem 9-13 og vil modtage en sms 30 minutter inden levering…. Kl 8:55 modtages sms og jeg kører fra mit arbejde. 3 minutter senere kl 8:58 ringer chaufføren som er på min adresse og spørger hvorfor jeg ikke er hjemme!!! Svarer at jeg kan være hjemme om 15 minutter. Det kan chaufføren ikke vente på og han kører med mit tv. Ringer til BFT kundeservice og beklager mig, svaret fra BFT, dit teleselskab må have forsinket SMS’en Elendig logistik og elendig service. Kan IKKE anbefale at handle i Bilka hvis varen leveres af BFT.

@talal var helt fantastisk (Aalborg), hjalp udover det vanlige, skulle levere til kantsten, men hjalp med at få ind. Virkelig god stil…(kan ikke helt huske datoen, så den er med forbehold)

Useriøst firma

To gange har vi bestilt fra Bilka, hvor det fragtfirma der er brugt er BFT. 1. Gang blev ordren ikke leveret, da de mente vinhandel oplyst den forkerte adresse, det havde vi ikke, og det blev dobbelttjekket. Da vi snakkede med Bilkas kundeservice, efterfølgende blev pakken væk, så blev den fundet, og den blev leveret ude foran vores dør, hvor de stillede den uden vores tilladelse. 2. Gang havde vi bestilt et fjernsyn, det er ikke blevet leveret, og nu kan vi vente hen over pinsen, da vi ikke kan kontakt nogen. Jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale dette useriøse firma.
