It was easy to find the products I would send The opportunity to chat in w.a. Was really helpfull and all the answers to my questions were fast. Brilliant service, good quality of products, fast delivery.
It was ok but not great this time. I was impressed with the first delivery. But I guess when they have more customers they do care less.. Peppers were at the bottom and some of them were old, etc.. But that's still exceptable. Will see the next delivery and decide to stay with them or move on to the next one..

The honey I bought was reasonably priced. It came very well wrapped and in good time. I was kept updated about delivery. They included a small gift, which was a very nice touch. The cannot be faulted. I will certainly shop with Best Grocery again.

Customer service is non-existent! No response to emails. Also they use Parcelforce, one of the worst courier companies in UK! Wont be ordering again, They have some good products, need to improve on customer service a lot and start responding to customer inquires, not professional at all.
