Excellent service
I have to say all produce from best grocery was amazing fresh and tasty Delivery was quick considering the wait you have with other stores. The only thing i would recommend is to pack items in smaller boxes as the delivery man could not carry the large box to my door. Items were packaged very well even with and ice pack to keep fridge items cool Excellent service will use again Thank you

tried for the first time
Ordered several items before new year's eve, everything received well but unfortunately too late. I understand that delays could happen around busy times, but a warning or notification could have been very useful. (we had no idea when it would arrive for more than a week). Otherwise good service and good products, and hopefully normally timely delivery

Late delivery but the food is good.
Late delivery, because they use the famous and most useless parcel force id rather pay to use dpd at least it actually turns up! But all products were very good.
