Good service, decent Turkish food portfolio but the prices are generally expensive. Needs to be reviewed. Minimum purchase limit for free delivery has been updated without any notification to the regular customers. We also couldn’t find this info until we proceed to the last step of the payment during our last shopping. PayPal payment option needs to be available back again. Website sometimes doesn’t work properly.

They sell products near the expiration date. I contacted them and they did not care. I bought a tin production date in 2018 and expiration date in July 2021. "They said no problem." You should consider twice before buying something.

Ordered twice and I got completely different user experience in each. First order came in 2 days to Northern Ireland with UPS, very well packed and with a free gift for the first purchase, delighted! Then I had placed my second order in a Sunday, order shipped Tuesday(late but ok that's fine), so It should have came before Thursday or at least Friday, but it came next Monday(UPS)! Total disappointment! Unbelievable! I had many frozen products and dairy products and there was only 1x iceblock in the package, which was in room temperature after 7 days! Posts come faster from China! I would definitely not suggest anyone to order to Northern Ireland from this company. Now I see that they have also changed shipping policy and pricing to Northern Ireland. Try DHL for max 2day delivery and put more ice blocks in packages you ship. Best of luck!
