Purchased, delivered past, everything was included, and as it specd out. Will buy again.

The purchase went through quickly. While there was a problem, the representative reached out quickly via phone and email. The issue was resolved quickly and the water fountain was delivered within days! Everything was in there and it was fine.

My boss sent me link to a product to order on berls.com He asked that I choose express shipping. Very soon after I placed my order, I was contacted to let me know that I could save money and time sending the order ground service due to the close proximity of the delivery location. They didn't have to do that. During a time when so many things are automated, it was a pleasant surprise to receive this level of customer service.

The customer service for this company is absolutely incredible! Martina went above & beyond to help me with my order which was delayed (to no fault of theirs) due to a delay in component production of the manufacturer. I would recommend everyone order from this company!! So happy with our purchase, product & the interactions with this company.

They called to make sure the shipping was the way I wanted it and that I wasn't surprised by a signature requirement. Then the item was quickly shipped and arrived in great condition.
