very easy experience from start to finish. Great prices, compared to other sites. At least from my purchase I saved a little over $200-$400 depending on which website. The customer support was also very good. they were able to answer all my questions unlike other websites that asked me to go to the manufacturing website to answer my questions. Why would you have a customer support section if you cannot ask specific questions about a product? Anyway I digress. Thanks Berl's!
